You can obtain your FLO card in two simple steps:

Enter your personal information on the secure pre-enrollment site by going to our Enroll Now page. Once completed, a control number will be generated to help expedite your enrollment.

Please note: Your credit card will not be charged during pre-enrollment.

With your control number and 2 forms of identification, visit a FLO enrollment center. The enrollment process should take about 10-15 minutes:

• Your identification documents will be verified and scanned into the system.
• Fingerprint and iris scans will be processed for authentication and security purposes.
• Your photograph will be taken for inclusion in the record and for use on your membership card.

Your completed enrollment is then packaged in a secure file and sent to TSA for background screening.

Upon approval by the TSA, FLO will create and mail your completed RT membership card. This process takes roughly 2 weeks following approval from the TSA.

Your FLO Card is ready for use upon receipt and may be used at any TSA approved RT airport.
