Step 1: Pre-Enrollment FLO Pre-Enrollment is available online. Click the "Enroll Now" button below and enter your personal information on the secure enrollment site. Once completed, a control number will be generated to help expedite your enrollment. Step 2: Enrollment With your control number and 2 forms of identification** , visit a FLO enrollment center. The enrollment process should take about 10-15 minutes: a. Your identification documents will be verified and scanned into the system. b. Fingerprint and iris scans will be processed for authentication and security purposes. c. Your photograph will be taken for inclusion in the record and for use on your membership card. Your document scans and biometrics will be packaged in a secure file and sent to TSA for background screening. **See What will I need to enroll for more information. Step 3: FLO Card Upon approval by the TSA, FLO will create and mail out your completed RT membership card. This process takes roughly 2 weeks following approval from the TSA.
